For all orders originating in Florida, there is a 6.00% sales tax.

All orders shipped in the contiguous United States (not Alaska or Hawaii) will be shipped free. Please contact us for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands ,Guam and Puerto Rico. There will be shipping charges to these areas.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days via UPS Ground or DHL. Rush  orders wil incur a rush order fee. You will receive e-mail notification of shipment.

In the event you are dissatisfied, please e-mail us at  sales@Bofountains.com  Please include your order number in the subject line, your name and address in the body of the e-mail along with your concerns about your order. You will receive a reply within 48 hours.

We accept returns and/or exchanges within 15 days of receipt of the order. All orders damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.

Please e-mail us before you return items or request exchanges to receive a Return Merchandise Number. The number must be visible on the outside of the return package and the customer is responsible for all fees incurred for return shipments and there will be a 25% restocking fee on all return items. Your credit card will be credited for the item/items, minus the 25% restocking fee.
